In order to certify your instrument(s) we need to know:
* Accreditation: ISO 17025 or NIST w/DATA.
* Name of instrument manufacturer.
* Range of the instrument to be tested (e.g., 0/150°F).
* Serial Number (Manufacturer serial # or a number given by quality control).
* Accuracy of instrument (e.g., +/- 1°F) We can help you find the manufacturer's original accuracy if you don't know.
* Cycle time: How often the unit needs to be tested (e.g., 1 year).
* Temperature points to be tested (e.g., 32°F, 75°F, 125°F) 2 points minimum, to as many points as you require.
* Special Certification: Specific Test Points and Accuracy testing to meet your requirements.
* Purchase Order # or Credit Card #
* Contact person, phone number, and email address.
Normal turn-around time is one week.
